• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or a similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other related systems or software
• Experience in data projections, KPI monitoring, and data visualization
• Relevant industry or business experience is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to turn data into actionable business insights
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in report automation and process improvement is an advantage.
